After ten years of working for the organization, three as the CFO, and another seven as the administrator/CEO, Terri decided to venture off on her own, creating her own consulting business. Today, Terri is consulting for Owner, Nicholas Ferreri as he continues to grow the business. She embraces the growth and potential of the organization with great fervor as her passion is to provide quality services to the elderly.
Terri was the Administrator of Tanglewood Manor, Inc. from August, 2000 through December, 2007. Terri has a B.S. degree in Business Management and four years experience with an accounting firm.

"Every morning, every evening, ain't we got fun!"  Mary has worked in Activities for twelve years, eight of which have been at Tanglewood Manor.  You'll often see her dashing through the facility in preparation for the many and varied activities that Tanglewood has to offer on a daily basis.  She and her Activities Staff are continually striving to create a fun and stimulating "Home Away From Home" atmosphere for all residents.  You may have even seen or heard her "Tanglewood Golden Gems" choral group making music throughout Jamestown and the surrounding area.

JoAnne is here at Tanglewood Manor as a result of chasing her dream.  Her sole desire was to offer love, support, and whatever encouragement needed to the senior population.  A super fit for Tanglewood Manor!  She has been labeled "a blessing" by those who have come to rely her.

She's dynamite, and you've probably encountered her in the community!  She's got a warm heart, and a big smile.  Lisa is full of passion for the services we provide at Tanglewood Manor, Inc., and she is a fine example of more to come when you meet the rest of the staff.

Brad Lawson - Building Operations Manager

Brad Lawson - Building Operations Manager

For the past ten years, Brad has been responsible for making sure our facilities are safe, secure and efficient. He is well-qualified to do so, with 12 years experience in building supervision and an A.S. degree in Building Technology. Brad also has Fire Training experience and is a CODE Enforcement Officer. Even the most stubborn grump can't help but smile in the presence of Brad, who always exudes a light-hearted attitude and great sense of humor.

Having seven years of experience as a physical therapist, working primarily with the geriatric population, Beth brings a sense of enthusiasm and energy to Tanglewood Manor that is passed on to each and every resident.  She is passionate about ensuring the health and safety of the residents, and is never too busy to answer questions or discuss concerns.  Beth is easy to spot...she is the one in the running gear and sneakers
