Extended Levels of Care
Five levels are designed to provide individualized care and comfort, based on a resident's specific needs and capabilities. As needs change the level of care provided is easily adjusted to accommodate that change.

Assisted Living Program

Tanglewood Manor offers the only licensed Assisted Living Program in Chautauqua and Cattaraugus County. As one's ability to pay changes our commitment to their care won't.
